Our dishes will take you on a sensory journey among flavors, scents, and colors that represent the fundamentals of typical Aeolian cuisine.  The main protagonist of our menu is the catch of the day, enhanced with fresh herbs, that are infused in our dishes starting at the appetizer: octopus salad, marinated shrimp, and anchovies on a bed of fresh grilled vegetables. 

Next we have our pasta dishes, such as the famous pasta with swordfish, eggplant and fresh mint or, linguine with fresh lobster from Alicudi.

Our main dishes are simple but tasty, like squid in Malvasia sauce, filled with breadcrumbs, parsley, capers, and cooked in fresh tomato sauce or a slice of swordfish or grilled amberjack, with side dishes of zucchini or eggplant parmigiana. 

The options are endless even regarding dessert with typical Cannoli, Cassate, Almond paste cookies, Sesamini, Nacatole, and fresh fruit in season: prickly pear, mulberries, and plums to name a few. 

Of course, everything paired with Aeolian and Sicilian wines and beverages!
